Our Founder
Introducing Natalia Silva, our Founder and Director of Operations. Upon her arrival in Canada, Natalia harnessed her business acumen and Human Resources expertise to establish an esteemed cleaning enterprise.
Her cleaning expertise is broad, from corporate offices and hotels to residential homes. Natalia’s unique strength lies in integrating these skills with her HR background, thereby shaping North Star’s operations to be client-focused and efficient.
Natalia leads by example, setting high standards for her team of dedicated cleaning professionals. She values meticulous attention to every cleaning task and promotes a nurturing work environment.
